Service times will vary based upon demand, holidays and such. I'm a busy mama of three little boys and run a rural water system & schedules are often times chaotic. The bulk of my stamping time falls on weekends when my husband is home to tackle children. I work very hard to get orders out as soon as possible- it's not often I use the entire allotted production time, however, I feel I need it set to this just in case.

Simply stated this production time is allotted for the completion of your order before it leaves my studio. Orders will be completed in the order in which they are received. Based on USPS productivity, the amount of time needed for shipping times between product departure to delivered will vary. Be sure to take this into consideration when placing your order.

Typically I'm able to ship every Monday, but that will vary especially during the busy shopping seasons. I am rural so I do not ship on weekends. 💞 Handmade takes time 💞 I do try to get orders done as efficiently as I can, so this will vary. Please take this into consideration before placing your order. Sometimes I'm freed up enough to get orders out within a few days of ordering- other times I need longer as I do have a family & run a rural water company. Thank you for understanding.

If you're in need of your item quicker, please add this shipping upgrade to your order & I will ship in a flat rate box with priority rates (3 day average PLUS the production time required to complete your order(s)).

Payment:
Payment is due upon order. I accept all forms of payment offered by Etsy’s Direct Checkout service including PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card.
Note: Orders will not be processed until payment clears. Depending on your choice of payment method, payments can be delayed for up to 72 hours. Though this doesn’t happen often, it is still worth mentioning.
Shipping:
All items are shipped via USPS First Class unless you choose to upgrade your shipping option.
Typically, processing time is 4-7 business days, though this time frame may vary based on order volume and seasonal shopping trends. Please be sure to check the individual listing for processing and shipping times.
I am not responsible for lost packages marked as ‘Delivered’ by USPS. Additionally, I am not responsible for packages that have been misdelivered by USPS. If you think that your item may have been misdelivered, please contact your local post office.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their address is up to date. With this, please be sure to check your shipping address for errors if you’ve recently moved or changed your mailing address.
If you’d love to insure your package, please contact me before placing your order and I’ll be happy to add insurance to your package for you and provide you with an adjusted invoice.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Unless I have made an error during personalization, items purchased from Jenuinely Beadiful are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds.
If you receive your item and notice an error, please contact me immediately. I am more than happy to correct the error, ensuring your complete satisfaction.

It’s important to understand that truly hand-stamped items like the ones I offer are beautifully unique. Hand-stamped lettering will not be perfectly straight and no two pieces will ever be identical. There will always be slight variations in space, depth and the appearance of text. These are not flaws. You’re purchasing a handcrafted item and with that, you’re receiving an item with character and charm that only a handcrafted item can offer.
